Learn the Blackjack Rules

If you would love to learn how to play blackjack or twenty-one as it may be referred to by many people, then you would be thrilled to be treated with the basic rules and tips for twenty-one. It is very easy to learn how to play blackjack. In so many words, the twenty-one game is the ultimate adrenaline pump and the session of this game is very short when compared to other card games.
The initial point of the game is to beat the dealer. The cumulative total of your cards must be lesser than 21. If you somehow ended up with more than 21, your cards will be busted by the dealer. It is not the player's aim to go anywhere near 21 because the player would love to play as low as possible. It is important that you learn about the card values such as "Soft Hand" and "Hard Hand". The "Soft Hand" value is the one that changes such as an ace card. The "Hard Hand" is one value that does not change and it is considered the hard value. If you have a "Soft Hand", you can either choose a value of 10 or a value of 1. In certain games, an ace carries 11. This is an advantage for the player who holds the card during the time that requires decisive measures.
For example, an ace and a seven would total up to eight or 18, depending on the game. The next card drawn will be the deciding factor on whether the soft card remains soft or hard. If in the first card, a soft card and a three emerge, then you would either have a four or 14. Then when the third card is drawn and the number on the card is seven, then you would count the first two cards as four, which then adds up with seven and equals to 11. If you were to count the soft card as 14 and you add seven to the total, you would get a 21 and it would mean that you are 'Busted.'
The same rules apply to the dealer. If the dealer of the cards has gone over 21 before you do, then you are able to 'bust' the dealer. However the player is required to act first, so the player would lose if he or she doesn't bust the dealer irrespective of whether the dealer's cards have exceeded a total of 21.
